LIFE by Keith Richards and James Fox has been shortlisted for the THE 55th DUFF COOPER PRIZE.
The Duff Cooper Prize celebrates the best in non-fiction writing. The first award was made in 1956, and it has been given annually ever since. It is one of the most prestigious book prizes in the UK (past winners include John Betjeman, Lawrence Durrell, Patrick Leigh Fermor and Seamus Heaney), and the inclusion of a “celebrity” memoir on the shortlist is rare, an acknowledgement of the book’s great quality.
The Duff Cooper Prize will be awarded at the French Embassy on Tuesday 22 February. Find out more about the prize here.
