Biography

LUCIO GALLETTO trained to be an architect in Liguria but moved to Australia for love, and opened an eating house which became one of the country's most awarded Italian restaurants. His books include The Art of Food at Lucio's, Soffritto: A delicious Ligurian memoir, and Lucio's Ligurian Kitchen. DAVID DALE is a journalist who would like to be a writer, and vice versa. His newspaper and magazine columns discuss ideas, journeys, fads, foods, the power of places and the peculiarities of people. His books include The Obsessive Traveller, or Why I Don't Steal Towels From Great Hotels Any More; Who We Are: A snapshot of Australia today; and Soffritto: A delicious Ligurian memoir. PAUL GREEN first got excited about capturing images at the age of seven when his parents gave him an Agfa pocket camera. He specialises in photography of food, art, fashion and fame.
